Experience

Roxanne Rosado focuses her practice on Business Litigation and Bankruptcy. As a commercial and business litigator, she regularly handles cases before the federal and state trial courts of Virginia and the District of Columbia. She also represents debtors and creditors in out-of-court workouts, Chapter 11 business reorganizations and Chapter 7 liquidations in the federal bankruptcy courts in Virginia and the District of Columbia.

Prior to joining LTB, Roxanne worked for Draper & Goldberg, PLLC where she handled bankruptcy matters, with a focus on creditor's rights, commercial litigation and foreclosures.
