Experience

Sara Lord's practice focuses on litigation and dispute resolution. She represents business enterprises and individuals in a wide range of legal matters, including contract negotiations and disputes; business reorganizations and dissolutions; and strategic partner affiliations. She also represents debtors and creditors in bankruptcy proceedings.

Prior to joining LTB, Sara was an associate with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in Antitrust and Trade Regulation in Washington, DC. In that capacity, she primarily represented energy- industry clients in interactions with government agencies.

Before entering the legal profession, Sara worked extensively as a financial analyst in areas including commodity trading and mergers and acquisitions. Her business experience spans e-business, energy, and insurance industries.
