Russell Kruse focuses his practice on Business Litigation. As a commercial and business litigator, he handles cases before the federal and state trial courts of Virginia and the District of Columbia.

Prior to joining LTB, Russell worked for Buckley Sandler LLP in Washington, D.C. and was a civil litigator with Harman Claytor Corrigan & Wellman, PLLC in Richmond, Virginia, where he primarily handled insurance defense and civil litigation matters.
